Looks and sounds great. No issues with the sleeve or vinyl. Stored w/ cardboard backing so it's in wonderful condition/shape.

Title of A1 is their original alphabets. See 2nd image.

Limited to 1000 copies. Each copy is hand numbered on the front cover under the word "death" but it's hard to see.

The guitarist on this release is Hideki Yoshimura (possibly "Teil").
