Comments: With insert. Legit NM- vinyl. No issues or marks on the record. Clean! The sleeve is crisp with sharp corners. No brown spots, rip, marks or tares. The top seam is showing some early signs of a split (crackling). The vinyl has been removed which will prevent that from further developing. Happy to send pics. 

Notes: Records priced over $100 are cleaned using both vacuum and ultrasonic methods before shipping.
